Gosh darn, some things just hit you like a brick. While helping someone find a good article on insomnia, I found this: http://www.wholehealthmd.com/hc/insomnia/casestudy/1,2058,,00.html

"What's that?" I asked curiously.

"I meditate! I got a tape, and now I sit on a pillow and empty my mind. I can get so relaxed that I often fall asleep within 10 minutes. It's a new world."


I can't tell you how long it's been since I've sat down and just meditated. Just centered myself. Must be 4 years at least. It's amazing how some things find you sometimes.
